I tried this option but when I am prompted to enter the password, the command screen doesn't accept the password. When it says: Enter export password: nothing happens and when i click enter, it says can't read password. Kindly help Thanks!

Did you make up a password and type it in? I'm not sure that it actually displays anything. If you look at the screenshot, you'll see that the password is hidden. Make sure to write the password down first.
